The hardware remains the property of AirIT Services. The offer applies to new customers and new connections. All prices excl. VAT.
Faults can be reported 24 hours a day on +49 (0)69 64 355 7373. Fault clearance on business days, i.e., Monday–Friday by the next business day (Mon–Fri) between 08:00 and 17:00 (fault clearance time). If reported outside the fault clearance time, clearance starts on the next business day and ends on the following business day.
Switcher bonus: You will receive a credit equal to the offered monthly base price of 3 monthly fees for 36-month terms, 2 monthly fees for 24-month terms and 1 monthly fee for 12-month terms for the use of your new fiber connection until the day your contract with your previous provider ends. Please provide us with the termination confirmation of the old contract from your previous telecommunications provider for the identical installation address upon request. Eligible are all fixed-line connections in the “AirIT Fiber Premium” category. The contract may be terminated for the first time at the end of the minimum term with three months’ notice. After the minimum term, the contract is extended for an indefinite period and can be terminated with one month’s notice. Offer subject to change.
Please note that, as a rule, in-house cabling from the building’s fiber entry point to your point of use (e.g., office) is also required. This is not part of our offer.
